Birlasoft Pilot Salaries

Hi Fishes, I joined Birlasoft on June 1st. I didn't get my 1st month salary today. HR is not responding. Should I wait or contact the management? Please suggest.

Hi Alll, I have got a job offer from Birlasoft, and there is a component of joining bonus. Can anyone here tell me that when can I expect the joining bonus? With first month's salary, after a few months or after joining? Are there any tncs attached to this component, like I need to work with them for n no. of years or months? Anyone here who can help with these queries?Birlasoft

Guy, which company should i join birla soft or deloitte india? YOE 8 Salary offered almost same deloitte is bit less. Deloitte India Birlasoft

Could anyone help me which company to choose .Currently confused between the two offers on the parameters WLB , job security ,career growth and projects availablity Domain - Salesforce TCS - 23LPA (includes variable pay 2.5LPA + retention 80k) assistant consultant Birlasoft - 26 LPA Fixed with 2 lac joining bonus Technical specialist CCTC - 16 LPa fixed Exp - 6.5 yrs Please share your views.
