How to pay unsecured loan of 5lakh with salary of 25k within year? I dont have money to pay back plz help

Hi fishes, Posting something other than referrals and salary packages for the first time. I'm 26F earning 14 lpa and my husband earning 17lpa. We do invest in MFs and small cases and direct stocks as well. We are not planning to buy a house / car yet. But if we have to buy a house in let's say the next 10 years (Without taking down payment from parents 😂) how do we strategize our money investments? I guess this is quite an open ended question but would love to get your insights if any. Thanks

Received offer from ZS Associates for lead software engineer position Pune ctc mentioned is 45.9 (39 fix + rest is variable ) + 2l relocation assistance perks mentioned - iphone + work is on zaidyn data analytics tech stack is python, pyspark (Etl) etc another is from HERE Technologies (if anyone has heard of it) for Bengaluru location. CTC mentioned is 44 ( 43 is fixed + some gratuity stuff) + 12.5 % said to be a variable but heard they dont give only half is usually given by end of year 1L joining bonus. pls help !!

Hi everyone, I want to ask everyone out there as my brother has got 8 years of experience in sales but experience is divided into sets: 1. 02 years with Asian Paints 2. 18 months with Kurl on 3. 18 months as an MR for a Pharmaceutical company. 4. 02 years British Paints(Present) He is getting salary around 18k in hand + 175 per day T.A + 3 Rs. Per kilometer. Current location is Mandi, Himachal Pradesh Will anyone suggest to me, how to deal with the current situation.
