CGI Information Technology Salaries

YOE - 9 Role - Data engineer, ETL Current company(CGI) - 18L Fixed HCL - 26L, around 21.3 fixed CTS - 22L variable Should I go for HCL? Or stay back in CGI with one year onshore and 20L compensation?? Weird how the salary structure segregated in HCL.. They try to reduce employer PF contribution by reducing basic!

Could someone suggest how good it is to accept the counter offer from your current employer in response to your resignation. Recently I sent a resignation mail to CGI after a job offer from TCS with almost 65% increment, in response to my resignation my manager has offered me a counter offer with slightly more salary than what TCS is offering me. A suggestion from someone who has/had experienced the similar situation would be highly appreciated.
