CN Salaries

How is the work culture in Accenture Strategy CN? Is the senior management layer full of insecure, power hungry, micromanaging people? Do managers expect being treated like god and expect submission to every demand, even unreasonable ones? I am considering an offer and my current organisation is very professional in these matters hence this tops my list of priorities, even more than the pay. Please help.

Does Accenture Strategy CN only accept business school graduates? Does it also accept non-MBAs? I have 3+ years of experience in management consulting in the CPG vertical.I don't have MBA .If someone could refer me, I would be very grateful. Accenture Accenture in India

Hey! I just got an offer for L8 role in Accenture CN. I have 8 years of experience in the Life Sciences Domain, and they hired me because of the niche market skill. I haven’t accepted the offer yet. I work for a Big4 as a Tech Consultant and gave the interview as I wanted to shift gears to strategy. Can anyone tell me the pros/cons of joining CN? Is the work really back end related and there is not much scope of learning? Hearing not so good reviews of the CN WLB and the kind of work that comes.
