I had absconded a company after 3 days of joining. PF had been created but no overlapping with the current company(as i have marked the exit date before joining to new company). If I want to switch to another company will it be any problem?

Hi All, I need some suggestion and help. I am on notice period and 2 months left from 3 months. Now Manager told me to extend your notice period for 15 more days and pressurise me to talk with new company if I want smooth transition. He wants to withdraw current resignation and again wants to resign.

Offtopic: Hi guys, there's a rental inflation in Bangalore currently. Would it be wise to purchase a resale flat, 20 years old but in good condition? The price is low and it's in a prime location. Even if I lose job I can rent it out to pay the emis as a backup plan.

Hi All, Is 45 LPA a high salary expectation with 12 YOE for .Net, Angular, SQL and Azure full stack IC role? Most of the calls that I am getting say that it’s on the higher side.
