Capgemini Sr. Engineer Salaries

I am on NP in Capgemini. I have some spare leaves. I got to know leaves will get paid off. How to calculate that amount? Do I need to divide monthly in hand salary by 30 days to get 1 day amount and multiply by no of leaves? Or it's just Basic Pay? Capgemini

Hi Folks, Please help to clarify this doubt. I had received a retention bonus from Capgemini in April 2022 of 1lakh(got approx 70k after tax deductions), Now I am leaving the organisation before completing 1 year & have to return the amount back of 1lakh only. So this 30k Can I claim back while filling the ITR? New to Tax, Kindly help TIA

Hello Fishes, I am Likely to get an offer from TechM and Infy I have around 11 years of experience in SAP. Just needed to check the appropriate salary range to negotiate and grade/level both these company have so that I can push for one grade/level above?
