Hi Fishes, I recently joined Citi as a Credit Risk Analyst. My primary background was in data development and data management projects earlier. However, the project that I've joined is mostly functional work(which is interesting) but with little coding responsibilities. I'm still figuring out if there is a good scope for data analysis in this project. I want to know if I'm not able to manage this role, can I switch internally to a different project which is more technical?

Hi,from Citi .I got an opportunity from Ford Motor Company. I am 4.6 yoe Java, Spring , Microservices dev. Only a few members from my team are here and they are also too official.Work is boring.Don't have anyone to talk to or anything. Not much learning.ctc is 13 LPA and offered is 19 LPA. I feel difficult to talk to manager about resigning. Because they have been good to me and enthusiastic. How can I approach this? And share your comments on my ectc, about Ford etc.Barclays EY Deloitte Cognizant Wells Fargo Wipro
