Just wanted to know the average monthly in-hand with fixed salary , is this somewhat true? 19lpa - 1.4L 18lpa - 1.3L 16lpa - 1.05-1.10L 14lpa - 90k 12lpa - 80k 10lpa - 70k

I always mess up with my salary negotiations. It's like I tend to give in and end up asking for lesser than I should. After which I end up justifying my lower pay to myself. Any advice for a dummy like me? YOE 3.5 (CTC don't ask too low)

Current CTC :18 fixed. Yoe : 4 years 3 months. Have got an offer from Verizon for 24LPA,fixed, in hr phase for Walmart ( senior data engineer) and Microsoft ( data engineer 2). Can anyone tell how to negotiate? What salary should I ask? Tech stack: python,spark, airflow,Hadoop,Azure tech stack,sql,dsa etc... Honest answers please ..

Fractal anyone received salary today ? Still i haven't received.. at what time normally our salary will be credited.. in my previous company they will credit before 8 am
