Hello Sharks! I'm a Senior Associate in Cognizant. I will be eligible for promotion in next quarter. Cognizant has filed me H1B. On the other hand I have cleared L2 interview with Persistent Systems Limited. Awaiting HR discussion. What should be my role in Persistent Systems Limited? What is the salary I can negotiate with Persistent Systems. I'm currently serving the Notice Period in Cognizant with NP of 90days. My payslip says salary withheld. I don't know if cognizant doesn't pay during NP. Last working date is in April though. Any idea what to do apart from raising Gsd?
