Cyient Senior Design Engineer Salaries

Like to know about compensation of happiestmind. I have 5.6 YOE, fullstack Microsoft tech Happiestmind has offered 22 fixed lpa. Is it a good compensation? Or i am being low balled. Pls anyone from happiestmind suggest what to do. I have some other offers Honeywell 18lpa Sasken 21lpa as of now Cyient 21lpa Happiest Minds Technologies Cyient

Hello fishes, I am in dire need of someone advice. I am full stack (ms tech. with angular), 5.6 YOE Currently in EY, serving notice. Current offer in-hand: IBM (17lpa fixed) Cyient technology with siemens healthineer as client (18lpa) Sasken and Honeywell are in process had HR discussions already. Kindly suggest what to do? how much I should expect? Are these compensation good? Where should I plan for future? Any suggestions would be good. Can anyone help me out what's going on here, I got a call from CYIENT recruiter and I told my expected salary is 24 LPA inorder to make them reject me but they called me today and said I have interview tomorrow. Current: 12.3 LPA YOE: 3years and 10 months Skills: C++
