Pros: Good Salary High Bonus Cons: No job security Worst leader Too much office politics Use and throw policy (Will hire resources and will fire them when work done) No concept of performance... even if you are top performer they will fire you in name of re org Every quarter approx 2000 employee are fired.

TCS is offering me a package of 15.5 LPA with 50k joining bonus /IT Analyst role for 6 years of experience as that was only relevant for my total 9 year’s of experience. Should I join or not TCS with the offer of as my Current CTC is 11.5? Also in my current company ,I am on bench for 2 month 15 days. Please suggest whether , I should join TCS or not with this package?
