EY Blockchain Developer Salaries

If someone is at the higher range of the salary for his/her band and if he/she is a good performer then is it implied that EY has to promote that person to the next level for the market correction and parity purpose? How does it work for the high range salary consultant or someone who has almost touched the highest level in the band. It will be helpful if managers and above in the bowl can guide on this.

Hey IBMers -need CTC and Band advice I have received an offer from IBM India as annual reference salary (ARS) as 25.3 LPA and ARS+Retirals as 27 LPA They have offered band 7B. Now, I have 9.5 yrs of experience in SAP Security, and last year I made 28LPA(with Variable). As the hike isn't significant so I had few questions - How much can I negotiate? If I join IBM, when will be my next salary revision/Promotion? What is the bonus scene? Do they give permanent WFH? Any Advice? IBM EY

Sharks, need some serious help ASAP. I have an offer from non-Big4 consulting in Australia and have my flights booked and visa ready already. My wife will have an open work permit as well and will start applying as soon as we land. Now the EY partner calls me up (currently not working and took a break for a month) and offers me a manager's salary with a scon position and offers a position to my wife as well to retain. In such a situation what would be a wise decision?
