Why is there so much attrition in GS&D ? In my team 6 to 7 associates have left in past few months. I have also heard that the management is not hiring. Heard from ex employees that roles and responsibilities are not interesting and day to day tasks are repetitive. Does anyone else here feel that job is not interesting, that is why no one tends to stay with gartner for more than 1-2 years? This is specific to GSD India location.

After how long of joining Gartner, you can start applying for leaves? Casual leaves or PTO?
