Should I invest 50K annually in NPS under additional benefit section 80CCD 1B ? Is it worth it?

I want to leave because of less salary . But I feel that Bosch has a very strong job security. And benefits. Like free NPS, free food, all the time the annual Performance variable is more than 100% , in fact it is 150-160 or even 170% as well. Even in the last year it was 150%( this is for everyone in Bosch). Which other companies offer similar or better benefits. Including a good work life balance. Yes everything is good in Bosch except the salary for some.

Hi Folks, I have 7 total years of experience. 3years in Embedded and 4years in Data analytics and data Engineering field. My current CTC is 12LPA in Coimbatore location. I'm feeling underpaid here, I'm planning to switch, How much should I ask for expected CTC in data Engineering field. For Coimbatore, banglore and Chennai location each. Anyone Please guide.
