GlobalLogic Software Engineer Trainee Salaries

Anybody have any recent update regarding the release of Compensation letters in GlobalLogic? It’s already been delayed. As far as I know management is planning to give 50% increment as Bonus and 50% will include in our CTC. Apart from that, this year would be less hike compared to last years. This is the insights I have.

I have cleared all the interview rounds and HR discussion on salary. But it's been more than 2 weeks now, they are ghosting around. CCTC : 21 Ectc : 27-28 YoE: 6 I anyways got an offer from HPE today. What do you guys think? Is HPE better than GlobalLogic?

To find out the "In-hand salary", divide your fixed CTC by 14... You will get your in-hand salary around that. Please comment on your thoughts if it's the right formula. Or advise to get it.
