I’m a cyber sec analyst with an experience of 4 years and 11 months with a fixed salary of 11LPA. I was interviewd at comcast ( For SKY ) and it went really well. The panel fron UK was really sweet and kind and I dint have any 2nd thoughts…Until, the HR said they could offer only 12 LPA as my current package itself is too high for my experience and the finance team isnt providing approval beyond 12L I really want to join comcast but how is this hike accepted ?! Need negitiation suggestions

Hi people , i was paid a sign on bonus in November 2021 and my taxable salary was calculated accordingly but i left in march 2022 and i paid the sign on bonus full to my old employer. But they have not shown it in form 16 and my actual tax is less compared to what is there with respect to form 16. Can you help how i can fix this ?
