I recently resigned from my company due to toxic manager and team. I am on bench and still need to serve 70 days np. My manager is forcing me to work on a POC. I had to resign without offer because manager set me upto fail in a new project with a new technology with no support provided and in the end blamed me for it. Plz advise. Continued in comments...

I want to know what are the chances for someone with zero experience in programming and changes careers at 36 to programming would get a good job? I have learnt python and it's Libraries, gathered basic knowledge of AI/ML through online courses, now I want to get experience and also know hows of how industry works in general. Your help will be greatly appreciated as I am ready to work on suggestions.

Currently, I am in Noida. Got an offer from Blore. My company is trying to retain me but is not offering much hike. Current CTC - 30LPA + 2.5 Lack Per. bonus Offered CTC - 50 LPA Tech Stack - MS SQL DB Dev Exp- 10y I asked my company to give 40 LPA (considering 40 LPA in Noida would be good compared to 50 LPA in Blore) but still, they are hesitant. Considering the living cost difference between Noida and Blore, what would be the minimum proposal number I should tell my company to negotiate?
