YoE = 12 yrs Skills = DevOps, Installation, Build & Release Current company = Honeywell Current role = Tech Lead Current Salary = 19.5 LPA Offering company = Dell International Offered Role = Senior Engineer (demotion) Offered Salary = 28.5 LPA Do you think, its a good offer or i could have expected a better offer? Please suggest. Thanks

Hi Everyone, can anyone suggest which org should I join.. Honeywell or TCS? Pay wise TCS is offer me 1L more than Honeywell and also joining bonus which Honeywell isn’t.
