Infosys IT Engineer Monthly Pay

I am 15+ years exp. and still working as a tech lead Imy annual compensation is 15 lakhs per annum and have got stuck into a support project. Don't see any learning or growth here...i have got a good rating i.e. commendable.. If I ask for a project change is it going to effect my revised compensation which is supposed to come by June.Infosys Tata Consultancy Wipro

My salary is 9.69lpa as consultant in Infosys for 10 yrs experience... should I ask for salary normalisation?..all my experience is with Infy only

Hi Folks, I need an advice from you. I have got my H1B approval (I797) from current company. ( ViSa is not yet stamped), GI team is yet to give me stamping date. Actually due to some family constraints I cant travel onsite as of now. Now i am about to get an offer from a product based firm with 75% hike. So shall I resign or wait for the visa to get stamped?
