Hi Fishes! Im in a dilemma right now. I have 2.10 years of exp Ive interviewed for Senior Analyst (3-6 years exp) post in Deloitte USI .After Round 2 i was informed that my perf was not that upto mark and the interviewer said in his team most of senior analyst are of 4 and 5 years exp Ill be given Analyst role and its upto me to accept or reject it. If they match my salary expectation, Shall i accept the offer? Any suggestions pls.

I had given an interview at TCS, and got the mail to upload the documents on 31st May. Also had an HR discussion on 2nd May, but in the I begin portal status showing pending verification. May I know when I should expect for the salary breakup? Tata Consultancy
