Folks, I have 5.3 YOE in infra support (windows and vmware ) CCTC : 5.87 LPA I have cleared some couple of interviews, and they are offering me package around 9.5-9.7 range It's like 64 percent hike, is this a fair offer? What does it mean that I'll be on the payroll of a IT staffing firm? I received a call from an IT staffing firm that there's a need for a support associate role for Accenture? I've career gap of 4 years and this sounds like a good opportunity to start my career. Should I take this? I just wanted to know if I'm employed by Accenture or this IT staffing firm? Sorry if this sounds stupid.
