L&T Finance Salaries

Hi All, I've an offer from L&T financial services of 19L CTC, I'm confused if I should be excited by the offer as I can't find details about the work culture and appraisal in the L&T. Can someone help me understand if accepting 40% hike and leaving a firm with great work life balance and if accepting this would be a step ahead in my data engineering career?

Hi Fishes, if someone gets an offer letter from Tata Consultancy and he declines that offer letter due to better opportunities, what are the chances that he would again be selected in TCS in future? One of my friends declined the TCS offer on the DOJ... 4 years back and now he is selected at TCS again but HR is not able to generate his new offer letter as he has declined the same in the past 4 years back...
