How's the market? Thinking of resigning without offer Hi fishes, Anyone searching for job, how's the market? I am thinking of resigning and taking some break and then start the job search (burnt out). I have family but luckily I have cushion amount, so I am not worried about that. I am worried whether it will be worse from here or the market will be better in 6-8 months? Background - 15+ exp, IC from MAANG Salary - not that high (mostly base + bonus, rsu very less)

Hello, I am in receipt of job offers from Siemens Advanta and EPAM Systems for the role of Senior Software Engineer, as well as an offer from HCL Technologies for the position of Tech Lead. All three offers have a similar compensation package of around 25 lakhs, with HCL's offer including a variable component of 3 lakhs. I am seeking guidance on which company would be the most appropriate choice for me to accept. YOE:7 years Role: UI developer

Giving interview with deloitte. My total yoe is 4.5. And post is for senior consultant role but they said since u have only 4.5 yoe u will be as consultant but roles and responsibilities is same as shared in JD for Senior consultant. Will i be trapped with lower salary as consultant yet have to do all the tasks of scon with high pressure? Please advise what to do.
