To all, Who wants to work in best Working Environment!!! Dont fall prey to Maersk Line and accept offer from the company. Pros: Good Salary High Bonus Cons: No job security Worst leader Too much office politics Use and throw policy (Will hire resources and will fire them when work done) No concept of performance... even if you are top performer they will fire you in name of re org Every quarter approx 2000 employee are fired.

Hi, I am currently interviewing for Sr. Product Owner role at Maersk which is ideally Level 5 role. However, during the interview I was suggested a Level 4 role due to less number of years of experience. Can anybody suggest What is going to be position/title for Level 4 Product Management. Also, what salary bracket does Level 4 fall into?

Have been selected in Maersk as JL4. Salary negotiation round is pending. How much can I ask for.? Any tips. Just need a decent range
