NCR Salaries

I'm earning 21L fixed + 1L bonus and have 2 years of experience, located at Bengaluru. My parents want me to "invest" in a 2 BHK flat in the NCR region for 25L. We're from a small town in Bihar. I don't plan to shift to Delhi ever given the hot summers and chilly winter. I think that I should rather invest in buying land in my hometown at this point, as an investment. Any suggestions?

I have a general question . Can i spend my entire IT career in the same city whether be it NCR / Bangalore / Pune ..etc . I am asking as wanted to purchase a property for myself after which nothing will be left in my savings as salary is low and am married ,so ,need to plan future . Please advise.

Hi I have following offers and I am 1.9 YOE (Java/SpringBoot) Deolite(pune) : 9.17fixed +0-10% variable + 50k joining bonus Impetus(delhi ncr, wfh) : 10 fixed + 1lpa joining bonus Algo works (delhi ncr) : 11 fixed + 50k retention bonus + 50k joining bonus I personally think to join Impetus. But need suggestions. So, Please help me in this. Which should choose and where can i renegotiate and make counter ?
