Hi Fishers, Any tips on how to get a good hike/ appraisal in nagarro? 3YOE. Also, salary expectations for senior engineer dot net developer? I have been working in nagarro since starting of my career. My salary went from 3.5 to 6LPA. And I am due for an appraisal soon. Please do let me know how much should I ask my HR for? TIA Nagarro

I was taking interview today for one of the candidate for my project. That guy already has 4 offers (220% hike) but he wanted to join nagarro because as per him opening in nagarro is more align to his skill set. (Asking for 250 %) I rejected him without any question. Reason I know he will be able to ans each and every ques and he might be a good fit for this opening but I know he will not join this company. (40 days left for his notice period) Not sure if I was right but it was worth it.

Don't join nagarro < very few projects are here ,many experienced people are also on bench from 1-2 months ,some are into 4+ months . Hiring is only going on to show bench strength . They may collapse or there will be a salary deduction in the coming months . Even if you got project allocation , the requirements can close anytime and you will be rotated to the bench . Nagarro
