I'm a Data engineer - 8lpa ctc , (2023 btech graduate) ? What should do you think is better, do a Mtech from a IIT or continue my job . End goal is to reach a job with 20-25lpa package. Hi sharks I need some guidance here I work in product base company very nice WLB chill environment friendly manager(best in class guys always in ur side), my total 7 YOE and 17lpa 15fix. I am a .net full stack dev. Should I change the job for better salary or not i literally confused. Kindly help i need expert advice.
