NextGen Solutions Dot NET Developer Salaries

I have 3 offer letters from Infosys, Wipro and TCS and I haven't accepted them yet. The salary at all 3 is similar ~9-10 lpa. I have 3.2 yoe. Can I accept all the offer letters and later down the line, decide which one to join and then reject the other 2? Is it fine?Infosys Cognizant Accenture Tata Consultancy Wipro

31 LPA base +4 Lakh variable +3 Lakh joining bonus ..is this a good package for 6.7 yr if experienced. Tech Stack : JAVA, Spring Boot having experience of working on redis , Kafka, mongo

Off topic! Can any one help me which insurance will be better for parents. My mom age is 55 and father age is 58. I will not be claiming it for 2-3 year sure because they have Medical facilities. I want 10lac some insured. No co pay No bed capping. Waiting period for critical illness may be 2-3 year. Should i go with 5 lac and as i will need t claim for 2-3 year so by adding the no claim bonus the Sum incurred will increase by 10lac.
