Hi , Not getting sleep. I have 5 years exp. And the toxic firm I work at, managers put unnecessary pressure. One of my team lead today is so toxic. He never does any work and only keeps complaining and humiliating us. The only thing he does is ask us for unnecessary hourly updates and keeps us on our nerves. I have emis now and depressed to even look for a job. Has any of you faced something like this?

Hi guys, Two questions: Q.1 - Am I being paid fairly. I've 4 years of experience in Full-stack(Front-end heavy) web development. I'm currently working in a FinTech in Bengaluru. My total compensation is around 19LPA. Q.2 - Should I explore other opportunities for better pay and benefits such as W.F.H. etc. as I'm not in good terms with my manager in my current company. The work culture here is also not good at all

I want to know what are the chances for someone with zero experience in programming and changes careers at 36 to programming would get a good job? I have learnt python and it's Libraries, gathered basic knowledge of AI/ML through online courses, now I want to get experience and also know hows of how industry works in general. Your help will be greatly appreciated as I am ready to work on suggestions.

I recently resigned from my company due to toxic manager and team. I am on bench and still need to serve 70 days np. My manager is forcing me to work on a POC. I had to resign without offer because manager set me upto fail in a new project with a new technology with no support provided and in the end blamed me for it. Plz advise. Continued in comments...
