Schneider Electric Electrician Monthly Pay

Hi does anyone got ghosted from schneider electric recently? I have completed all rounds including salary discussion post that there is no update since a week. Does anyone had similar experience ? Or it is that they use to take more time to release an offer.

Hi All, I have accepted an offer from PwC for 20L and joining is on sep 26th, all the form filling for laptop deliver and other stuffs are over. But now today I got another offer from Schneider Electric 💡 for 25L + 2 L joining bonus. Please help me to know if I tell I cannot join PwC AC Kolkata now at this stage, is it accepted ? Will they blacklist me or what are the options for me to be noted ? Kindly help ASAP.

Hi Fishes, I have got the below offers, 1. Deloitte USI - 23.24 LPA (18.4 Fixed, 1.84 Variable, 3 Joining bonus) Role - Consultant, Notice period - 90 days 2. Advarra - 26.4 LPA (24 Fixed, 2.4 Var) Role - MDM Lead, Notice period - 30 days, Permanent WFH 3. Schneider Electric - 26 LPA (22.6 Fixed, 3.4 Variable) - Role - Reltio Specialist, Notice period - 90 days. Exp - 4.2 YOE, Tech - Reltio MDM, Python, Azure, Databases. LWD - 16th Aug. I am more interested to join Advarra. Please advice.
