Sears IT & Management Services India Technical Associate Salaries

Hi Folks, I need an advice from you. I have got my H1B approval (I797) from current company. ( ViSa is not yet stamped), GI team is yet to give me stamping date. Actually due to some family constraints I cant travel onsite as of now. Now i am about to get an offer from a product based firm with 75% hike. So shall I resign or wait for the visa to get stamped? What is the offered role/JL in Capgemini for 4.9 years ReactJS/UI front end developer? Also what is the hierarchy of that respective role and salary?

Can the Admin please ban posts starting with 'What is your salary, how much do you save?' Every day, i see 20 posts with the same topic. Worst are the ones that says this is to get 'Inspiration'!! I think people are getting confused with inspiration and depression !! I really see no benefit in knowing how much other people are earning or saving. And there is no way to authenticate the responses as well. Please don't do this comparison and get stomach burn.

# offtopic # I find my self very lucky and greatful 3 yrs back started job in nonIT engineer core field and quickly realised there was no money in those fields unless you are big player. Learned java and sql from Jspider. got into service based company with 3.5 lpa then in 2 yrs salary rose to around 5 lpa and now having offer of 100% hike. IT field has changed my life and I will always loyal to my job. but I've also studied hard to get good into all these thanks to this IT industry.
