I am C3B candidate in TCS. Till now I did not get any revised compensation. I heard that letter was already released. Where to check the revised letter also do we get any notification for letter in mail? Tata Consultancy

C3A , B , 4.54 % . Did math on how much exactly I get every month - 5.6k is the increment and I live in.a Tier1 city ( post tax and removing QVA). Compensation structure is really complicated and employee unfriendly. This comes with RTO and 9 hrs. That increment will go towards fuel expense itself or may be more. I feel numb minded and dont know what to do.Tata Consultancy

IPF 4.13 and I got a B band. When I checked with the offshore and onsite manager they asked me to reject. They will talk with the head and HR on this. Can I expect for A band since my manager supports it. Also do I get a compensation letter or it will delay since I rejected the band. Tata Consultancy Services . Tata Consultancy
