I want to leave Bosch only because of less Salary. Which companies i can Target to apply to have similar or better Job security, WLB and benefits??

To all, Who wants to work in best Working Environment!!! Dont fall prey to Maersk Line and accept offer from the company. Pros: Good Salary High Bonus Cons: No job security Worst leader Too much office politics Use and throw policy (Will hire resources and will fire them when work done) No concept of performance... even if you are top performer they will fire you in name of re org Every quarter approx 2000 employee are fired.
