Tech Mahindra Technical Associate Salaries

Hi all, I got offer letter from fiserv but they mentioned only gross salary in that . There is no details regarding salary structure . Also i need to e- sign in the portal. Could you please help me regarding salary structure and e-sign ? Fiserv, Inc Tech Mahindra Tata Consultancy Infosys

6 YOE ,14Lacs lpa, working at tech Mahindra for last 11 months. I got offer from tcs 16.5 lacs. I have wfh in tech Mahindra. but tcs are saying i have to join the office. Is it worth to join tcs for just 2.5 lacs. And also tcs has a retention bonus which they they will give after a year. so more or less I will have same in hand component at tcs.. P.S I will get salary structure in a day or two

I'm a senior developer, Currently working as senior software Engineer, got job Capgemini. In the HR round they said I would be give Senior consultant Role but in offer letter they mentioned as Manager C2 role. Will this affect in future? I think because of higher salary they changed my role to Manager. I had counter offer so they processed for 28lacks package which includes 10% variable pay. Hi Fishes, I am currently serving Notice Period at Tech Mahindra. Could anyone please let me know about the salary I would be receiving during this tenure of 90 days? Would I be receiving the full salary every month normally, or will the salary or a part of it be held back and settled only during the FnF Settlement? Thanks in advance!
