I recently resigned from my company due to toxic manager and team. I am on bench and still need to serve 70 days np. My manager is forcing me to work on a POC. I had to resign without offer because manager set me upto fail in a new project with a new technology with no support provided and in the end blamed me for it. Plz advise. Continued in comments...

Hey guys, I’m having a joining date for new company this Friday which offered me 13 lpa … I got a counter offer of 15LPA later , through which I started negotiation last Thursday in this company . Now they’re not ready to increase my ctc and saying they offered me the max budget though it was my first offer . How can I succeed in influencing them to increase their ctc offered? Also how much should be the right frequency to follow up with them?

Joined last week in an organization for 12 lpa. Just today got an offer from Dubai (remote) for 25 lpa. What should I do now. I dont want to abscond? Please advise guys.

Hi fishes, Looking for a switch, I have 3 years of experience working as an automation test engineer. I'm currently serving notice period and LWD is Dec 11. Skills - Java, selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman. Preferred location - Chennai Except WITCH companies I'm open to work anywhere. Don't wanna work in WITCH again.
