Hi I need some advice from all the fishes. I am 7.5 Y0E cctc 31 lpa and currently have permanent wfh. I have around 27 lacs savings and as i am staying right now in Shimla, i save almost all my salary. I have no loans, parents are working/retired so no financial obligations from their side. I don't want to be in Bangalore nor in IT for long, and i feel 27 lacs is not a decent amount as per yoe. Should I try to go abroad, work there for a few years and come back and leave IT or should I stay?

When switching FROM an employer that offers RSU & moving TO an org. that does not offer RSU as part of salary: How do people usually go about quoting expected CTC? Do recruiters consider your RSU as well along with fixed pay, to baseline & add an X% hike as the 'total' for an offer? -or- Do they usually ignore the RSU, put an X% hike just on 'Fixed Pay' to create an offer? (Basically a low ball offer, just bcoz they don't have RSUs in their comp.)

What if someone is absconded after taking one month salary ? Will it be added to EPFO service history list ?
