Guys I got a call from TechM HR about Java dev role. They had agreed for 18L CTC(CCTC -12 LPA). The interview was scheduled today. Today just one hour before interview the HR called again, and says that this budget is too high. How can this be possible? TechM- Client SBI(Mumbai location) YoE- 4

I have 4 offers: Current ctc - 22 (21 fixed + 1 variable) Tech stack - java, springboot Ntt data business solutions Bangalore - 25 Citi pune - 21 + variable bonus Epam systems pune- 21 fixed + 2 joining bonus Startup hyderabad - 24 fixed Which one should I join? Please help. Only 2 days left to join. All are hybrid. Will citi be good, it has brand name but its not ready to negotiate?
