Today i got rejected by a well renowned IT product based company after 5 rounds and salary discussion. Apparently the reason of rejection is my 90 days np.. Why on earth would any candidate show any moral ethnics while being transparent to these company who are never actually transparent to candidate..now i strongly support those candidates who lie about np and ditch these companies in last minutes.. THEY DESERVE IT...its a sheer waste of time and effort.. Highly disappointed...

How much average bonus in Wipro . I got an offer from Wipro of 13 LPA. In this 1 LPA is variable pay. So just want to know that every year are they giving 100% bonus or what ?
