    TECHNOLOGY Alexis Bittar is targeting emails to customers who may have long-term regrets about missed purchases. Alexis Bittar, a brand of Brooks Brothers' fashion jewelry subsidiary Deconic, designs and sells jewelry through 10 stores and an e-commerce site.
