So when Cleveland-area colleagues were presented with the opportunity to renovate a home for a highly decorated Army veteran, 100 stepped up and donated 4,000 hours to make the Pepinriveras’ house a home. At large, colleagues from across Citizens participated in a virtual housewarming to furnish the home and started a scholarship fund for the six children.
