  • Our interns and co-ops hit the streets this week to participate in a Marketing Innovation exercise. They visited stores and restaurants looking for the very latest culinary trends. The teams developed three new ideas for several brands in our portfolio, focusing on health and wellness. Our Marketing experts were extremely impressed with the results of this ideation exercise. Great job!

  • Approximately 900 Pinnacle Foods employees volunteered in their local communities in May as part of the Company’s Action Changes Things (ACTs) volunteerism program. The efforts focus on supporting organizations that address the basic needs of food, shelter and the environment. Employees from 21 Pinnacle locations throughout North America participated in various volunteer activities at approximately 80 organizations. Please enjoy the video montage.   • Pinnacle’s Food Service team has been recognized as Vendor of the Year by the Veggie Grill restaurant chain! Companies were nominated based on their achievements in customer service, product quality, innovation, order accuracy and overall “ease of doing business.” Pinnacle has had a relationship with the restaurant chain since 2013, when gardein™ was added to its menu. Veggie Grill is a 35 unit fast-casual restaurant chain operating primarily on the West Coast. The restaurant concept is only plant-based food and its menu contains no meat, dairy or eggs. While Veggie Grill is only on the West Coast, gardein products are available at grocery stores throughout the U.S. and Canada.
