Thank you to everyone who joined the Seamark Mud Run early on Saturday! PMI had the 3rd largest group with around 40 participants out of 1,048. We are very appreciative of those who spent part of their weekend helping PMI support this worthwhile local charity. In 12 years, the mud run has raised over $1,200,000 for Seamark Ranch. PMI is proud to support this organization that provides long term care for at-risk children.
Preferred Materials, Inc A CRH Company, used innovative paving techniques and recycled materials to enhance the ride quality of Florida’s Dale Mabry Highway. The resulting road surface was exceptionally smooth and received multiple industry awards.
Our back-to-school efforts continued across multiple locations, and we loved seeing even more of our employees’ children picking up their school supply boxes and getting ready for the year ahead! This year, we proudly distributed a total of 725 school supply boxes! One of the highlights came from our Odessa location, where the kids got to climb into the trucks and enjoy a fun, hands-on experience. It was a great way to bring some extra excitement to the day and make lasting memories! We’re proud to support our team and their families as the new school year begins. Our Ft. Lauderdale terminal celebrated an incredible accomplishment today: 30 Years with no accident, injury or safety incident at the site. Senior leadership came out to recognize the team's dedication, during which a conversation ensued. A conversation about the secret sauce. What did the team do that led to this remarkable milestone? What can other teams learn from this team that may help lead them toward achieving a similar goal? Many great answers were offered, but the resounding common theme was 'care.' The care that the employees have for each other and the job, the care that the company and leadership has for its employees and their safety. We could not be prouder of this team.
