    Trident Group is not only sensitive towards women’s #healthcare but also encourages them to take care of their #menstrualhealth. For this, we give our shop floor members a #paidleave every month.

    Because sometimes all they need is a little care.

  • Telling #stories and having them heard, received, and understood allows for #healing that can eventually lead to peace.

    Over the years, we have heard thousands of stories through KAAN- an initiative where our members can register their inquiries, #grievances and #suggestions, anonymously. What they say is not only heard but registered issues are also resolved within 24 hours.

    All this and more to build a #culture of openness and trust.

  • "The body achieve what the mind believes.”

    Encouraging mental and physical fitness as a way of life, a five-days long workshop was organized for #TridentGroup members. Along with relaxing meditation and pranayam sessions, members were also encouraged to pen down their goals and objectives to understand how they can maximize the utilisation of their latent potential. Here’s a sneak peek into this truly enriching experience.

  • In today's age, work has become more dependent on social skills. To upskill our members in world-class communication, etiquette, grooming and behavioral skills, we organized a comprehensive life skills programme in partnership with Image Consulting Business Institute, Mumbai. Sharing glimpses from the #session where members were trained to manage their personality in order to do their job in a much more effective manner.

  • When it comes to taking care of our people, we are not stopping anytime soon! Our #PaidPaternityLeave policy is a proof of that. A one of its kind initiative in the industry, PPL is our new step towards ensuring perfect work life balance. Under the policy, eligible male members are entitled to seven days of paid leave to take care of and support their family. Here's to welcoming the joys of fatherhood for Tridentians like never before!
