As part of its technology transformation, Intelcom is currently seeking a Business Analyst for its technology department. Reporting to the Senior Product manager, this person will need to have expertise in implementing solutions for the various partners of the organization, whether it be Finance, Human Resources or Marketing. This role will require the ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders to leverage new technologies.

The Business Analyst's responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze and validate stakeholder and user requirements
  • Document the business process
  • Document business and functional requirements
  • Ensure traceability and tracking of requirements
  • Support internal groups with new features (demo, training, documentation)
  • Help maintain the integrity and reliability of the current system
  • Act as a stakeholder representative in the IT department
  • Ensure compliance with security policies in place with respect to data integrity, confidentiality and availability
Desired qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • 3 years of experience as an HR Business Analyst, an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business or related field
  • Bilingual (English and French) – an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize
  • Very comfortable and autonomous in a changing environment
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and good judgment are required
