Data Analyst - Develop big-data solutions which can solve problems faced in a semiconductor business. Providing highly reliable data infrastructure, developing advanced data analytic tools, automation to drive efficiency, productivity and data uniformity. Work with big dataset, build analytic tools, detect problems in real time, and automate reports for better insights. Improve and maintain engineering database from multiple OSATs, Fabs, module assembly factory data. Pursue data quality, completeness, and sees issues to resolution. Analyze data from multiple sources looking for trends that highlight areas of concerns or failure. Automate trigger system to notify operations team when problem is detected in test and manufacturing data. Automate and maintain reports, charts, and dashboards for various operations team that enables data driven decisions. Create daily statistical process control charts (SPC) to monitor health of the production line. Work closely with multiple teams such as product engineering, yield, manufacturing, assembly teams, and other operations teams to provide them with reliable data and analysis support to solve problems.

Required education: Master of Science or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.

Additional minimum requirements: academic coursework, internship or work experience to include at least 6 months the following: (1.) Data modeling, analyzing large amounts of data; (2.) Programming Language: R; (3.) Analytic and visualization tools H2O Driverless Al, Microsoft power BI; 4.) SQL, HTML.
