What You Will Be Doing

The Business Analyst role will conduct (process + data) analysis in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, NetSuite, and associated applications used by Sales Ops, Technical Support, Marketing, and Public Policy.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Support Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Integration Architects with analysis
  • Analyze impact of new capability requirements to
    • Business process workflow
    • Reports
    • Transactional systems, including the data exchange between them
    • Business objects:
      • Item
      • Customer
      • Lead
      • Opportunity
    • Users:
      • Drivers
      • Installers
      • Sales account execs
      • Distributors
    • Customers:
      • Leasing companies
      • Utilities
      • Fleet operators
      • Auto Original Equipment Manufacturers
      • Real estate investor/operators
      • Parking Lot operators
    • Draft as-is process and data flows:
      • Prospect
      • Scheduling
      • Contact hygiene
      • Sales incentives
      • Generate leads, track audience as it passes through multiple touch-points
    • Triage between high-impact, high-urgency issues requiring direct involvement, and low-impact, low-urgency, that can be analyzed and solved by tier-one, off-shore support
    • Learn the transactional flow of supply chain and financial processes within NetSuite, including: Sales Order, Item fulfillment, Invoice, Customer Payment, Credit Memo, Purchase Request & Purchase Order, Item Receipt, Vendor Bill, Bill Payment, Bill Credit


  • Proficient in Excel pivot tables, Analysis Tools, correlation, histograms, regression, and goal seek
  • Proficient in process mapping
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Tableau is a plus
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems, especially Salesforce or NetSuite, is a plus
  • AA or Bachelor’s degree
