Gather all initial documentation required based upon the applicant's selected loan program and the 1003 including all disclosure requirements.
Review / Validate of all initial disclosures for VA Loans
Complete the Data Entry input of the documents gather into the Loan origination system
Missing documentation is notified to the Processor
Identify red flags and notify processor via checklist.
Call the insurance agents to obtain binders
Call the lenders to obtain payoff quote
Upload the obtained documents to the LOS
Review Title commitment and flag if there are liens, judgements etc
Call the title company to resolve the missing items
Call the title company to request for subordination( If applicable)
Complete the Data Entry input of the documents gathered into the Loan origination system
Call the insurance agents to obtain binders
Call the lenders to obtain payoff quote
Willingness to work on weekends based on client requirement.
