Job Description of Business Development Associate
1. Identify and research potential clients in the target market. Use various channels like online research, networking events, and referrals to generate leads for the agency's services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company, such as Performance marketing, creative, and analytics, to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
5. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports for clients, highlighting campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
Requirements for a Business Development Associate
1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
2. Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
3. Familiarity with performance marketing concepts, strategies, and channels is essential. Understanding digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software can be advantageous.
4. Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, presentation, and closing deals, are crucial.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients
6. 1 plus years of experience required.
7. Those who are from or open to relocating to Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and neighbouring cities.
