• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading development teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Vue.js/reactJS/Angular, Node.js, Kotlin, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a must.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong emphasis on clear and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
