Position: HRBP
Location: Chennai and Hyderabad
Monday to Friday
Timings : 9 am to 6 pm
Strategic and trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders within the organization. Will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving talent management initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, and managing productivity to optimize organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and challenges, aligning HR initiatives to support the achievement of organizational objectives, and monitor the manpower budgets against Business targets.
Lead the end-to-end talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
Implement & review performance management programs and support managers in providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
Devise Employee recognition programs and support in the implementation and execution
Implement engagement initiatives, conduct employee connects and serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution for ER issues.
Assist in managing organizational changes, such as restructures or cultural transformations, and provide support to employees through periods of transition.
Consistently review , update and ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Identify training needs and coordinate closely with the learning team to design programs that will enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Analyze HR data and metrics and use data driven insights to support decision making on workforce trends, turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and practices.
Partner with Senior business leaders to identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across teams.
Plan and support implementing instant R&R campaigns.
Plan and support BH in managing HR cost budget vs. actual including outsourcing.
Requirements:
7 – 10 years of experience in HR working with an NBFC/Banking Industry/Agri commodity trading Industry
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist role, with a track record of successfully partnering with business leaders.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,027,890.41 - ₹1,463,139.87 per year
